Eric is an experienced litigation and transactional lawyer with
a focus on both intellectual and real property issues. Mr. Boustani has handled many Internet related issues including Internet domain name disputes, software copyright infringements, trademark infringements, and trade secret cases. He has negotiated and drafted contracts for clients including copyright, trademark, and patent licenses, technology acquisition agreements, domain name transfers, and service contracts.

With regard to his real property practice, he has been involved in
nearly all aspects of real estate transactions and investments from purchase agreements to the formation of entities for hold complex commercial property. Mr. Boustani has significant first hand experience in real estate because he is also a real estate investor owning several investment properties.
