Sue Miess is a business and personal coach and a human resources consultant.

Through her business, Great Successes, Sue:

· Specializes in coaching successful executives, entrepreneurs, and professionals who are struggling with what success means to them. Clients report being more effective in their careers and greater personal fulfillment – by working with a true partner in their success.

· Provides consulting in the areas of leadership and employee development, 360-degree assessment programs, group and meeting facilitation, assistance with organizational effectiveness programs, and coaching with outsourced employees. She also provides leadership coaching and assessments through corporate leadership development programs.

Sue is also licensed as a one-on-one HeartMath® provider. HeartMath is a unique combination of leading-edge science, practical information, and easy-to-use techniques that provides access to the intelligence and power of the heart.

Prior to starting Great Successes, Sue was in human resources management in California and Ohio in several large and small corporations, working in high-tech engineering, IT, and manufacturing organizations. She has a degree from the University of Dayton, is a member of the International Coaching Federation and the Society for Human Resources Management, and volunteers in several local community service organizations.
